Currently Susan is offering telehealth therapy to adults 21+. She accepts the following insurance: BCBS, Optum, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim, United Heathcare and private pay. She is licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine.

​Susan's work is grounded in a trauma-focused, person-centered approach where you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore, heal, and grow. Collaboratively, you'll work on simplifying life’s challenges, being more present, and building healthy boundaries so you can create a balance between your personal and professional life. Many of her clients discover how to embrace their true selves and quiet the voice of negative self-talk.

She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and also incorporate modalities such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Families System (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). With training in meditation and more than 20 years of experience as an educator, she understand the unique stressors educators face today and prides herself in the work she does throughout all helping communities. She is also proud to provide an affirming and inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

At the heart of her practice is this belief: you are already enough. Who you are is powerful, worthy, and amazing. Susan's goal is to help you recognize your strengths, step into your value, and move toward the life you want.

As a clinical supervisor, Susan's goal is to help clinicians deepen their self-awareness, strengthen clinical skills, and develop confidence in their professional identity.
Together, she would work with you on simplifying challenges, fostering presence in the therapeutic process, and setting healthy boundaries to maintain a sustainable work/life balance. With 26 years as an educator and and 5 as a therapist, Susan brings a unique perspective to clinical supervision.

She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and gender-inclusive, and creates an environment where clinicians can explore their own values, biases, and strengths while learning to work more effectively with diverse populations.
