Susan lives with her husband and Chihuahua/Minpin mix, Freddie Mercury. She enjoys camping, hiking, sewing, meditation, yoga, travel, and photography. She believes in living a simple, balanced life. She is especially interested in helping her clients do the same. She recently built and lived in a tiny house on a farm for 6 years. She now resides on the Cape.

One of the reasons Susan loves photography is that it allows her to zoom into a subject to notice the interesting patterns, and delicate lighting to reveal the subtle beauty of something. Not only is this a mindful practice that allows her to hone the skill of recognizing the  positivity around her, but keeps her more grounded and connected to the universe. Without a lens, she will help you do the same not only for the world around you, but, more importantly, for yourself.

Susan is passionate about helping clients live with authenticity. Sometimes that means finding a new career or unlocking their happiness through processing their trauma. Sometimes it's helping clients find their self care practice and how to live a balanced life through the busy times and challenging calendar seasons. In New England, we often feel better during the spring and summer months and try to pack all we can into those months. Susan wants her clients to live with balance all year long to combat the effects of Seasonal Affective Disorder. Creating this balance allows us to find joy even during the challenging times. Susan helps clients to enjoy the journey each day, year, and life by embracing the uncomfortable and learning to manage it. The bumps in the road are not going away, but we can learn to manage and achieve calm and peace within ourselves during these moments.
